Certified Ambassador

This course introduces new team members into the quick lube environment preparing them for various tasks, duties, and responsibilities that may be entrusted to them.

The course will also equip them with the knowledge and tools to represent your company and brand.

Certified Technican

The Certified Technician course will provide team members with the knowledge, skills, and methods to ensure they can correctly perform the duties and tasks for each of the following lube technician positions: Greeter, Courtesy Technician, Upper Bay Technician, Lower Bay Technician and Cashier.

Certified Master Technician

The Master Technician Course will train team members to perform advance preventative maintenance for vehicles such as: Automatic Transmission Service, Gear Box Service, Coolant Service, Fuel System Service, Fuel Filter Replacement, Tire Rotation, and Power Steering Service.

Certified Manager

To provide team members with the knowledge and skills necessary to correctly and profitably manage a quick lube location while building and leading a highly motivated and effective team.

Certified Leader

Learn to cultivate a positive, productive, and profitable culture. Learn to create a vibrant leadership by growing a community of leaders who model desired behaviors and practices while coaching and mentoring others. This program will be a gift of great value and lifelong impact to the individual.
